Hello Friends,

If you live in close proximity to Japan, you may want to protect yourself
and your family with potassium iodine tablets or iodine wound treatment solution.

You can buy iodine tablets as a supplement and take them orally
or dissolve them in water and use in liquid form.
Ask your pharmacist regarding the dosage.
You can also buy iodine as a wound treatment in liquid form.
Pharmacies carry both products and they are not expensive.

If you are not too close to the nuclear plant,
it may be sufficient to use iodine liquid and brush it onto the palms of your hand
or the sole of your feet. The iodine solution will colour the skin dark brown.
Sufficient natural iodine will be absorbed into the body, namely the thyroid.
This simple remedy provides some protection from radioactive iodine uptake.

Those who are allergic to iodine, beware. Do not use!
